Moonlight Beach (Ayışığı)

Closest to the town centre and among the most popular, Moonlight Beach sits right beside the marina. It is a well-kept shore with both beach-club areas and easier, gentler sections to wade in from. The water is clear and the entry soft, which makes it a practical first stop for anyone staying in the centre. Cafés, ice-cream stands and small shops are all within walking distance, a real bonus for families. If you prefer fewer people, aim for early weekday mornings.

Kemer Town Beach and Marina

In the heart of Kemer, the central beach next to the marina is ideal if you want the town and the sea in one breath. Step out of the water and you are moments from the bazaar, the restaurants and the boat tours leaving the harbour. Wandering among the columns and bath ruins before your swim is a joy in itself. The coves are shallow and clear, and the central harbour bay in particular is well suited to families with children. Entry falls under the archaeological-site fee, so bring water, a hat and water shoes, as options inside are limited.

Göynük Beach and Canyon

Göynük gives you two pleasures in one: a long pebbly beach and its famous canyon. The shoreline is broad, backed by sheer mountains that make the view unforgettable. After a cooling swim you can walk inland toward Göynük Canyon, where icy natural pools and shaded paths await. The beach has both beach-club areas and more relaxed public sections, so you can strike your own balance between budget and comfort.

Çıralı Beach

For those unwilling to trade away nature, Çıralı is one of the most peaceful corners of the Kemer region. It is a long, wide and largely untouched shore, with small family-run guesthouses and garden restaurants instead of big development. Çıralı is also a nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles, so please be mindful of light and noise at night. In the evening, a short climb to the nearby Chimaera flames (Yanartaş) to see fire rising from the rock makes for an unforgettable end to the day.

Olympos Beach

Right next to Çıralı, Olympos is a bohemian spot where ancient ruins meet the shore. Famous for its treehouse lodgings, the area draws everyone from backpackers to nature lovers. To reach the beach you walk through the ancient city along fragrant paths lined with laurel and oleander, a stroll that is a story in itself.
