Terms of Use
Last updated: 16.07.2026
These terms set out the rules that apply when you use the FindAntalya website and mobile application. By using the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, we kindly ask that you do not use the platform.
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are between Serkan Dinç, operating under the FindAntalya brand ("FindAntalya", "we"), and the person using the platform ("user", "you").
Contact: hello@findantalya.com
2. Description of the service
FindAntalya is a multilingual city guide for discovering businesses in Antalya. The platform consists of components such as business listings and profiles, search and category pages, map and location features, public transport and mobility information, blog and guide content, reviews and ratings, business applications and the business owner panel, and the mobile application.
FindAntalya is not an intermediary platform; it is not a party to any transaction between a user and a business.
3. User obligations
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable legislation and the rules of good faith
- Do not share misleading, insulting, discriminatory or unlawful content
- Do not use information belonging to another person's identity or business without permission
- Refrain from activities that threaten the security of the platform, including automated data extraction (scraping)
- Do not act in a way that places excessive load on the system or disrupts the service
4. Account and security
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions carried out through it. If you notice that your account is being used without authorisation, please notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in the event of a breach of these terms.
5. Business listings and accuracy
Some of the listings in the directory have been compiled from open sources; others have been added or claimed by the business owner. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information shown on their own profiles.
Information may change over time; we recommend that you verify details such as opening hours and services before your visit. If you see incorrect information, let us know and we will correct it. Until a profile is approved, the relevant listing indicates that it is awaiting verification.
6. User content and review rules
Content such as reviews, ratings and photographs is created by users and may be subject to moderation before publication.
- Reviews must be based on genuine experience; reviews may not be left in exchange for payment or in order to disparage a competitor.
- A business owner may respond to reviews through the panel but cannot delete them.
- We reserve the right to remove unlawful, misleading, insulting or off-topic content.
- By sharing content you grant FindAntalya the right to use it for the purpose of publishing it on the platform; responsibility for the content remains with you.
7. Intellectual property
The FindAntalya brand, design, software and editorial content are protected; they may not be copied or reproduced without permission. The rights to the logos, images and texts belonging to businesses remain with the businesses concerned.
Map data belongs to OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the ODbL licence.
8. Sponsored and premium placement
Being listed on FindAntalya is free of charge. Businesses may purchase paid placement to increase their visibility.
Paid placements may be highlighted in listings; however, they are always clearly marked with the "Sponsorlu" (Sponsored) label. Paid placement does not change a business's rating, reviews or verification status; reviews cannot be purchased.
9. Third-party services
The platform uses third-party services such as maps, payments, authentication and advertising measurement, and may contain links to third-party sites. FindAntalya is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services and sites.
10. Limitation of liability
Content is provided "as is". FindAntalya does not warrant that the information in the directory will at all times be complete, current or free of error.
FindAntalya is not a party to the communication, reservation, purchase or service relationship between users and businesses, and cannot be held responsible for disputes arising from those relationships. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation.
11. Changes to and suspension of the service
We reserve the right to change the scope of the service, add new features, remove existing features or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance. For significant changes, we endeavour to provide notice through appropriate channels.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms, unlawful use or conduct that threatens the security of the platform.
13. Governing law and competent courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over any dispute. The right of users qualifying as consumers to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the applicable legislation is reserved.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; your continued use means that you accept the current terms. The current version is always published on this page.
